This three-course brunch pairs bold flavors with playful flair, offering a selection of indulgent starters, show-stopping entrées, and decadent desserts. Whether you’re a parade chaser or simply here for the festivities, Couvant Carnival promises unforgettable performances, fabulous flavors, and plenty of celebratory vibes.

Come join us for a modern spin on a classic 1960's Bourbon Street Burlesque Show with a rotating cast of soloists all performing classic strip tease to live music, bringing quality Jazz & Burlesque back to its original home on Bourbon Street. Trixie Minx is the preeminent burlesque beauty, delighting audiences throughout the U.S., Europe and Australia! Known for her comic-inspired strip tease, Trixie has toured with Comic Relief and recently was awarded HEEB's top 100 for outstanding comedy act. Whether a bubbly blonde or a sultry brunette, her performance is sure to wow you.
